Assigned Time Tracking (APDB)
These pages contain submission forms and supporting documentation for campus assigned time reporters and approvers. The forms are open to authorized users during the normal data collection period at the start of each fall and spring semester.
Starting in Fall 2016, there are revised tracking categories for faculty workload. Please refer to the instructions link (PDF) below for details.

1. Dec 04, 2017 - Assigned Time Data Entry System is open (Entry Begins)
2. Jan 12, 2018 - Deadline for Department Entry & Approval
3. Jan 19, 2018 - Deadline for College Approval
4. Jan 26, 2018 - Deadline for Dean Approval and Final Submission
